Danielle brings decades of experience to all the behind-the-scenes work that helps move the ship forward. Think of the 'Wizard of Oz behind the green curtain' but without a moustache and crazy hair!
What started as a vision crafted by her husband many years ago has turned into a dream come true with Great Lakes and fuels her passion to see that health & wellness becomes a part of everyone's lifestyle in Northeast Ohio. She enjoys live music, comedy, hosting, hiking, and traveling most of all. While she has traveled the world, she discovered the grass is just as green in Cleveland and loves to call it home!
Kim D.
Co-Owner & Regional Manager
Kim joined the Great Lakes team in 2019 and has over a decade of effective chiropractic office management experience. Her number one goal as Regional Manager is to ensure the best possible experience for every patient that chooses Great Lakes.
She uses her Linguistics degree from Cleveland State University solely to proofread Dr. Bob's e-mails and apologizes in advance for any corny jokes that make it through her editing. In her free time, she can be found on her sailboat with her husband or planning their next hiking trip.
Julia W.
Community Outreach Manager
Julia has cultivated a sacred space at Great Lakes Health and Wellness after the adjustment period of planting her feet back in the States after traveling throughout the continent of Africa as a missionary on and off for the past decade. Her heart is rooted in her passion for guiding others to a deeper holistic healing on their own journeys through this world, so finding her own spot at GLHW came naturally to her partnering with her calling.
Julia is enrolled in university to complete her degree and simultaneously serves at her church with every opportunity that is sent down her path. She is someone who loves unapologetically and whose heart skips a beat for traveling, concerts, yoga, sound bowl baths, skateboarding, CLE football, reading, hiking, and journaling.
Deanna D.
Ohio City Office Manager
Deanna was born and raised in Northeast Ohio and has been working in healthcare for over a decade. After working as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor for several years, she joined the Great Lakes team in 2026 to continue her passion for helping patients with their health and wellness in a new way.
Outside of work, Deanna can be found walking or biking in the MetroParks, spending time with her husband and dog, reading, traveling, or out to eat at a local Cleveland restaurant or coffee shop with friends!
Kandice K.
Ohio City Chiropractic & Massage Assistant
Kandice joined the Ohio City team after being a patient herself and recognizing the life-changing benefits of chiropractic and massage. She is new to Ohio and thrilled to experience all four seasons for the first time.
She has already fallen in love with the Midwestern community and is looking forward to making Ohio City feel like home! When she isn't at work, you can find her recharging with a good book (recommendations welcome) or on the yoga mat.
Brooke B.
Strongsville Office Manager
Brooke was born and raised in Ohio and graduated from Baldwin Wallace University in 2019 with a degree in biology. She had hoped to use her education to study animal behavior in the wild but then decided that she enjoyed working with people more.
After living briefly in Arizona, she moved back home and joined the Great Lakes team in hopes of helping people live more enjoyable, pain-free lives. In her free time, she enjoys doing art, being outside, listening and dancing to music, and being around animals - of course!
Olivia S.
Strongsville Medical Assistant
Olivia moved from the small town of Ligonier, Pennsylvania to Ohio and joined the Strongsville Great Lakes team in 2025. She graduated from Mercyhurst University with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and plans to continue her education by earning her ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist (ACSM-EP) credentials.
Her in- depth understanding of anatomy and body mechanics makes her an excellent medical assistant. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, strength training, and spending time outdoors.

Westlake Office Manager
Cheri is a Southern California native and after 29 years; she has now found herself making changes and starting new adventures in Westlake, Ohio. She found Chiropractic in 2021 and hasn't looked back since. Helping people in their health and wellness journey brings her joy. Cheri also has a passion for Photography. When she isn't working, you can find her reading, in the gym, or discovering new sights!

Westlake Chiropractic Assistant
Kaitlyn joined The Great Lakes team in 2023. She has worked in healthcare since she was 17 and has over 12 years of customer service experience. Her enthusiasm to help others succeed throughout their healthcare journey shows when you walk through the front door of Great Lakes! When she is not working Kaitlyn enjoys, cooking, reading and spending time with friends and family!
